Access and Processing
Your uploaded images, processing history and downloads require access through the corresponding account. Uploaded images are sent to a third-party image-processing service to complete processing.

Retention Periods
Original images are retained for 7 days after upload; extracted results are retained for 30 days after completion. Files become inaccessible and are automatically cleaned up after expiry. Download and back up your files within these periods. These retention periods also apply to the Lifetime Unlimited plan.
Expiry of an original does not affect downloads of results still within their retention period. If processing is unfinished when the original expires, the task stops without consuming a credit. File cleanup does not delete orders, processing records, purchased benefits or credit history. Processing records show whether files have expired.
